Meet the Team
Heading up our team of electricians is Jerry Hall. As out trainer and team leader, Jerry brings 17 years of experience in commercial and residential electric services. Having married his bride Patches in 2002, they are blessed with five amazing children whom they are blessed to teach at home. Jerry brings direction, expertise, and thorough knowledge to our entire company, and we are so grateful to have him with It’s Electric.
Gavin Collins became a part of the It’s Electric team in 2020. A Rogers native, he loves this area because of the opportunities to be outdoors and the booming economy. He sees NWA as the best of both worlds, beautiful nature and a very nice city life as well. Married since 2016 with four kids, Gavin stays busy most of the time. His passion for outdoors life takes him hunting, fishing, camping, hiking and mountain biking year-round. Amazingly, Gavin has hiked the Grand Canyon and portions of the Appalachian Mountains. Always cheerful and willing to help, Gavin is an amazing asset to our electric crew.
Hunter joined our team in June 2018 as our apprentice. Hunter has an unparalleled work ethic, kind demeanor, and willing spirit to get work done. He married his bride, Megan in June of 2017 and they are expecting their first child in September 2019. We are blessed to have such an amazing team member who will grow and thrive in the electrical field.
Nathan Block became an electrician in 2016 with a heavy focus on the commercial and solar industries. His solar experience has been a great asset to our team, however he enjoys getting to know our clients and working to solve the challenges that arise in the residential arena. During the summer, you will find Nathan on the water with family and friends, whether they’re boating, fishing, or partaking in any other number of water sports offered at Beaver Lake. Born and bred in Fayetteville, he’s never felt the need to move from the area because of all that NWA offers. He and his bride, Hannah, live in one of the oldest homes in Rogers, and he has enjoyed tinkering on their home nearly 7 years. They love hiking, camping with family, and dream of visiting Panama in the very near future. Nathan’s cheerful attitude, knowledge in the industry, and willingness to go above and beyond to help others’ are all reasons we are thrilled to have him on board at It’s Electric.
Fitting perfectly into the mould of an “old soul” Bill joins us as our newest apprentice because of a strong desire to work with his hands. A unique job background which includes retail management, the restaurant industry, construction, and an apprentice cobbler (he still shines shoes on the side), Bill brings experience and a positive outlook to any project he takes on. You may find him sporting a corkscrew mustache, a clean-shaven “Dapper Dan” look, or a grizzly lumberjack, but no matter the look, there will always be a smile. He is happily married to Alix who works around the clock raising their three young boys. On the weekends, Bill enjoys playing soccer in a local men’s league, fishing, hunting, and camping. You may also find him returning to his love of music by playing guitar, mandolin, banjo, or the trumpet. If you are lucky enough to find Bill on your project, you will greatly appreciate his kind heart and willingness to get the job done right.
The woman behind the curtain making all things function smoothly would be our office manager and controller Amy Glazier. Her attention to detail and tenacious tendencies keep things running smoothly across the entire “It’s” brand. Born and raised in Blytheville, AR (it is an actual place), she met the love of her life, Erik, in high school, and they tied the knot back in ’94. Raising 3 children and now joyfully entering the next stage of her life with three precious grandbabies, you will find Amy most of the time surrounded by the family. Erik is a professionally trained chef, and that skillset did not pass Amy by, so mealtime at their house is the bee’s knees. Additionally, Amy enjoys professional photography, backpacking, and jiu jitsu! Having Amy spearhead our office staff is one of our greatest blessings, and we are so grateful she is such an integral part of our team.
As our It’s Electric Billing Specialist, Jennifer helps manage the electric schedule, coordinates with our clients, and help run administrative duties bringing over 10 years experience in that area. Growing up in Iowa, Jen didn’t move to Arkansas until she was 21 years old. She is the proud mother of three grown children and grandmother of several fur-babies. When asked what she loves to do, the first resounding answer is the beach. She greatly enjoys spending time at the beach, relaxing and hunting for shells. Back at home, Jen enjoys gardening and thrifting/”treasure hunting”. Having her spearheading the electric side of our company has been such a blessing as she does an amazing job.
