The first company quoted me max pricing and did not listen to my needs (cough franchise with a giggle). Second company did not even show up to the quote. It's Eclectic showed up on time, worked around my schedule, listen to what I needed and to the vision I had for the house for the future. Quoted me, didn't try to sale me, on what I wanted today and what it would cost for the future. When they came to do the work it was clean, professional and on time for my short timeframe. How clean was the work? when I went to check on the progress I had no clue anyone was in my house except for seeing the work they had done. That is how clean and respectful of your property their employees are. To my surprise unlike other contractors that did work on the house, they respected and appreciated the value of the house being so old and unique that no damage was done to any part of the house that compromised the homes integrity of the homes authenticity. The second job was performing the electrical on a walk-in tub I had purchased, which included running 2-20 amp dedicated circuits to the main bath and adding a can light over the tub itself, and lastly, running a GFCI to under the sink in the main bath for a point of use HW heater. All the times that I have used them, the employees have been professional, friendly, and gone the extra mile to make sure everything was right. Hunter came out and installed the lights, did some electrical repair on our chandelier and fixed up a hot wire in our garden. He was fantastic and was on point! The job was scheduled very quickly after the estimate. This team wore their masks, which is important to us. There were a few pushbacks on the day of the job but Matt and Chuck worked it out. Shit happens. Rick did a nice job on the drywall for the ceiling as well. We just need to paint and voila, we are getting up to date. We would recommend this business. read less
